Floppy disks, ZIP-drives, CD, DVD and tapes can also be recovered. Even if your medium has been damaged by fire or water, we can help you. External hard disks like Lacie, Iomega, Freecom etc... are no disk brands, but housing brands. Every one of these external hard disks contains one or more disks from well-known brands: Fujitsu, Hitachi, Ibm, Maxtor, Samsung, Seagate, Toshiba or Western Digital. A SSD (Solid State Disk) only contains electronic components, but these can also break down, which makes data access impossible. We can also recover this data carrier.

RAID-Systems, NAS, SAN

RAID systems are used where a high reliability and/or quickness are needed. This technology supports servers with a lot of data that needs to be secured as well as quickly available. Throughout the years, we have gathered an important knowledge in reactivating at record speed these systems when they fail.

We always work with hard disk “copies” (images). That is why you can start making the system ready for use, immediately after the breakdown. In the meantime, we continue recovering your data. Working with an image of the defective hard disk also prevents further damage.

For recovering a RAID system, a working controller is not necessary; we reconstruct the data independently from the used controllers.

We stock more and more data on our mobile phones, mostly the so-called smartphones. These devices contain all your telephone numbers, but also your emails, pictures, music files, your appointments… If your mobile phone is damaged or if you have removed data by accident, we mostly can recover your data.
